My favorite taco is a super simple one, spruced up a bit with an amazing non-dairy cream sauce. It’s an incredibly easy taco with my favorite meat seasoning, my anti-inflammatory plantain shell, and some of my favorite toppings.
Avocado Crema Sauce Ingredients
- 3 medium avocados.
- 1/4 cup avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro.
- Juice of one fresh lime.
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
- 1/2 tsp onion powder.
- 1/2 tsp sea salt.
Blend in a high-powered blender until smooth. Scoop and chill for an hour prior to serving.
